The Spring Ball Committee are very excited to present this year's theme as, "A Night in the Outback". You will be welcomed to the 'Victoria Barracks Station' where you will find an inspired canapé menu featuring Australian native flavours such as finger lime and lemon myrtle. A selection of quality Australian wines, sparkling and some craft beers, provided by a wonderful rural brewery, are all part of the package.
The entertainment this year will be like nothing you've seen or experienced at a previous Spring Ball, so hold on to your Akubras, we are bringing the country to the city for a night.
