We wanted to support a regional brewery to align with this year's theme of 'Outback' so we have partnered with an up and coming NSW brewery, Tumut River Brewing Co. A selection of their finest beers will be on offer throughout the evening. We are super excited to announce a blossoming partnership with Surry Hills locals, Brix Distillery. James and Tom are on a mission to change the perception of how rum is viewed in Australia. Whilst Bundaberg Rum is synonymous with country Australia, these guys are bringing a modern flavour to this old time classic drink. Specially designed cocktails and some pre-mix rum drinks will be available to purchase on the night. Try them, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
We have also organised a Special Release Rum exclusively for 2024 Spring Ball guests. This special label Rum spent 2 years maturing in 220L French oak casks, previously housing Australian Shiraz.
This rum is pre-order only and sales close on Sunday 25th August 24. Pick up on the night of the Ball, or delivery options are available. Don't miss out on this opportunity to secure a special memento from the night.
