Security Requirements
Victoria Barracks is a functioning military barracks and is located on Oxford Street in Paddington.
On the evening of the Ball, access to Victoria Barracks will be restricted to guests of the Spring Ball and those who reside on the grounds of the barracks only.
Vehicle Access
There will be no vehicle access to the Barracks for Ball guests on the event night. Only residents of the Barracks will be able to access the base via vehicle.
Pedestrian Access
Base access for Spring Ball guests will be via the Oxford St Gate or via the pedestrian gate at Moore Park Rd. Guests will be required to present the QR Code on their PDF ticket accompanied by photo ID that matches the name on the ticket. It is imperative that all military hosts ensure the correct name of their guest is provided to the Spring Ball committee to avoid disappointment. Name changes are permissible up until COB Friday 06 September 2024. Guests whose name is not on the list will be denied entry. Email the Spring Ball committee for name changes at [email protected]
NB: Please do not add the ticket to your 'wallet' on your phone. The Trybooking ticket added to the wallet on your phone does not have your name on the ticket. Please have available the PDF attachment to the email you received when you purchased the tickets.
