Ticket FAQs:

Who can purchase tickets?
Any current serving military officer, member of VBS Sergeants' Mess (VBSSM) or Defence civilian (APS).

Please note, PMKeyS will be checked and any guest purchasing a ticket that is not a current serving officer or Defence civilian will have their ticket cancelled and a partial refund of $50 will be issued.

Corporate Sponsors also have the ability to purchase tickets via the trybooking package options.

Who can come?
Current serving military officers and Defence civilians and their accompanied guests that are 18yo and over.

No refunds will be issued after
Monday 01 October 2026.

What are the entry requirements?
Photo ID is required for all guests. Guests will be required to present their ticket QR code for scanning and cross-checked against photo ID.

What if I need to change the name of a ticket holder on the night?
Name changes will be accepted until 12:00pm, Friday 16 October 2026. Email the Spring Ball Committee at [email protected] with the details of the person no longer attending and the name of the replacement guest.
If there is a name change on the night, ensure the host Military Officer is in attendance with the replacement guest at check-in and speak with the security staff about the exchange.
